Sweet Move SRL (Belgium) provides our email service, which receives your emails, through its Google Workspace account, hosted by Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Ireland) inside and outside the European Union.

They act on our instructions and must protect your data. When data leaves the European Union, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

To reply to you, the person who handles support may use Claude, an artificial intelligence assistant from Anthropic Ireland, Limited, which then reads your message. Anthropic processes it on its own behalf, under its own terms and privacy policy, possibly outside the European Union, without the safeguards of a contract with us.

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its use or object to it. This website keeps nothing from your visit: these rights apply to the messages you have sent us. Write to us at support@doorlisted.com, from the address concerned; it is free, and we reply within one month.
