The ones when you’re there, in one go on the calendar.
Invite those closest to you
They see the free dates and ask you for a stay; you accept, or not. No password: a code sent by email is enough.

Start with those closest to you. Then, if you wish, open up to your friends, your network, and finally the public.

For each circle, you choose:

the dates it can see
with or without rates
on request or booked directly
the length of a stay

Each guest simply sees their own dates and conditions.

Nothing happens without you

No one finds your place unless you decide they can: no directory, no search.
No public reviews, no stars.
The exact address is only given once the stay is confirmed.
No commission on your bookings. Payment is settled as you see fit, between you and your guest.

The stay, taken care of

From confirmation to the return of the keys.

You write your house guide once: access and keys, Wi-Fi, recycling, local tips. Each guest discovers it at the right moment.

They let you know when they arrive, confirm the keys are back, and can report a problem to you.
